Introducing “Betsie”, our custom built, rustic Pizza trailer. Equipped with a commercial, wood fired pizza oven, we create hand crafted artisan Pizzas from the finest quality ingredients. Our dough is made from Italian Caputo zero zero flour, our toppings include Fior Di Latte Mozzarella, aged Parmesan, fresh vegetables and the finest Italian and Spanish charcuterie. Cooked to perfection in 60 - 90 seconds our pizzas have that faintly smoky flavour that only a wood fired oven can create. Our freshly cooked pizzas are simply delicious.
